Contests always invites spamming and BA's say we are geting better

Whenever samsung announces a contest.

The contestant's be like

Copy Cat Contest

Then it leads to nuisance in the app which leads to arguments and bullying

Then some generous and thought provoking members and some BA's will raise the issue to admin and admin be like

First Attempt

And after some more follwups and pushes it might be resolved.

So my suggestion to samsung is if you do cosmetic changes in the apps like bringing BA's to monitor them or incase of mobile phone launches with cosmetic changes rather than listening and adhereing to the core problems faced by the members the result are going to be the same.

So stop selling the BA's by tarining them to tell that we have become better or we are even doing better.

you know this members community is all farse no problems we discuss here reaches samsung they never pay attention they should because members like apps give Samsung a true picture what customer wants and what can be actually achieved all our little software problems are blown away not heard and here we see experts guiding beginners in problems of day today which is bad BAs onlyvgoto events never learn anything from there or bring back any valuable knowledge or for that matter never take our problems and put up with samsung in their expo there all samsung high officials are there you can take up any questions even our problems but BAs never do😫😫😫😫👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If Samsung read and took consent of users from Members app things would have been far better years ago..

There are some exceptions some BA's and experts do attend meetings and raise their voices...I am not against the BA program but just selling them to tell that everything is better or going to be better is not fine.

there are very little titbits in software which you get to know and yes issues are so many in numbers all can't be resolved but I feel currently 3 burning issues that popup every now and then are a70 and especially a50 one ui 2 update and m30 m30s one ui 2 after update software bugs and glitches battery drain freezing device and lagging these need immediate attention
