Concern Regarding Delayed Android 15 (One UI 7.0) Update and Device Performance

Dear Samsung Support,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delayed rollout of the Android 15 (One UI 7.0) update. Despite Samsung's commitment to providing timely software updates (4–7 years), I have yet to receive the update on my Galaxy A23 4G device. Meanwhile, other brands have already rolled out Android 15, which is very frustrating.

I purchased the Galaxy A23 for ₹19,500—despite it using the Snapdragon 680 chipset, which is now found in smartphones priced around ₹10,000—specifically for Samsung’s promised software support. Unfortunately, not only is the update missing, but the device also performs poorly. It hangs frequently despite having 95GB of free storage, takes a long time to process photos, and delivers subpar image quality. The video performance is even worse; I haven’t used the video mode in months due to its unacceptable quality.

Additionally, other Samsung devices in my family—including the Galaxy F62, A13, S23 FE, A23 4g, and S24 Ultra—have also encountered various issues, contributing to our growing dissatisfaction.

If this is not resolved promptly, we will reconsider future purchases and no longer recommend Samsung devices within our network.

True, most users like you and have the same issues. I have S23, but no support and bad updates. Finally decided. This is my last device. Now other brands also have handy devices, so why we are waisting lots of money here to not get good and quality updates.

From last 1 year i am listening about one ui 7 update on s23 fe.But hardly no updates.Basically i have purchased s23 fe for software experience.But i am not satisfied.Iqoo and Motorola are far better than you.
