This is something that has been annoying me for a while. It seems like they had a mix up with the colors in the circular timer countdown in the default clock app. The brighter color is the background and the very dim color is the foreground color which is the one moving down, making the visibility very very bad. I believe the functions should be opposite.
This is correct everywhere else in list view and the floating countdown, etc.
I'm guessing this was a mix up and please fix it.
