You can get tons of fingerprint animations in Oxygen/Color OS in system settings.

Here its just basic and the video you shared forces to change the wallpaper..

Samsung should release it as an official update..

Yes I know bcoz had OnePlus device but hardly use it. Once applied never bothered about changing or looking at it. Samsung might or might bring fingerprint animation.
