Team Samsung,

I would like to bring to your attention a few concerns regarding the Samsung S23 Ultra. Firstly, I have been experiencing difficulties in accessing the 5G network in my area, despite being within the 5G coverage zone. As an using the US unit in India, I find it quite concerning that I am unable to fully utilize the capabilities of my device.

Secondly, after updating my phone to One UI 6.1 with the June security patch, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the camera. The pictures taken with the device now appear noisy and lack the sharpness that was present before the update.

I kindly request that you consider these issues and work towards resolving them to ensure a better user experience.
