I am using GALAXY F62 its undoubtedly a great device from samsung great CPU performance, astonishing battery. Cameras are better than most pf the competition.

It houses exynos 9825 which supports upto 8K@30fps that would be too much but atleast provide 1080p/4k@60fps.

Please provide this feature with an software update. I remember the galaxy s10 lite didn't come 4k@60fps out of the box but later you guys enabled it via OTA update. 

That makes it completely clear it is something possible for you guys and team. So please look into it. Atleast give 1080p@60fps video recording feature.

Does the device heat up because of the exynos processor?

It's optimization issues most developers develop apps and games for Snapdragon chips , samsung should work closely with developers to resolve heating issues.

Yes ,mobile is best with all its feature but 4k/60fps is missing. But other than that,no heating,no battery drain,no lags,no camera bad output,all are best.
But 2 things should bhi there
Career aggregation (although f62 works on band 5 connectivity)
4k/60fps.
rest other features are smooth.

Receptor you say but aren't mobile chips SoC (system on chip) which means these things are built on the system. okay carrier Aggregation apart it can do 4k@60fps they should enable that atleast. Also the modem used is LTE Advanced so there is no way there is hardware limiting the networking problem unless you tune your system to behave like that.

This is how a new company Redmi become India's no 1 smartphone brand keep samsung left in back.
I'm pretty sure that the users of these samsung device will not gonna to buy another samsung device if they will not listen consumer voice.

Provide feedback to samsung developers via feedback section(ask questions section), they need a minimum no. Of feedback from individual users (respect to no. of sales of device across all platforms), to add a premium feature. To provide feedback in samsung members app, Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions. If you want quicker action, write on every channel, whatsapp, samsung members app - ask question and error report, ceo escalation desk, service head desk, call toll free no. , support email of samsung, youtube, samsung content help( google it),samsung live chat,twitter, instagram,facebook,linkedin,etc.

Camera sensor imx 682 doesn't support 4k@60fps,
But they should give 1080p@60fps.
