Caller details are not shown in locked state

Hi, Whenever I get a call on my Samsung S10 plus in locked state, I do not get to see caller details rather I have first click on "return to call" button to see who's calling. Is this normal? And can we make any changes which can take us on the caller screen directly.

how can this be a nice feature from security point of view as anyone can access the caller details by pressing "return to call" button?

I think that's a bug or you might have turned some call notification on. As per my guess it's a bug.
