Call n VoLTE issues in 5G Devices.

Hi Samsung Team, 

There are several issues on the device from the last update. 
The major is VoLTE is not working properly now. On 5G/LTE/3G...also the VoLTE is not working. 

Having issues on phone calls too due to this network change. 

Please help in resolution as soon as possible.

Check with customer care if the network is stable in your area and the VoLTE services is ON for you number. If 5G is not stable is your area its better to switch back to 4G, by doing this your issue with phone calls would drop by almost 70%

@anxrudhx why are posting unsual answer? This VoLTE issue is at samsung end not at network provider end. Although, why to change network from 5G to 4G? when we are paying for 5G services now. There are many software issues from the last update. @samsung have to release a new update with these bug fixes.

1. VoLTE/5G is clearly dependent on location services
2. We are not paying for any 5G service yet
3. 5G network is still in testing and unstable in some areas, so if you're facing issue in receiving calls or dropping calls you better switch to 4G network for better stability.
4. Yes, Samsung has to fix some bugs as well but in mean-time you can use 4G for better calls

If VoLTE/5G depends upon location services then tell me why my samsung phone A series with same network is working on VoLTE/5G but F series is facing this issue.
For me clearly this is an issue at samsung end not at network end.

FYI, my location is New Delhi and as per your comment you are saying that Airtel is not having 5G/VoLTE services in New Delhi and Gurgaon area.

5G isn't stable yet and even where we're getting constant 5G signal there's calling and SMS(not RCS) issues, like call not going through and late OTP arrival etc.
