How to recover deleted call log/history?

did you sync with Samsung cloud?

did or didn't do that no matter
just try once
go to settings >account and backup >backup and restore >restore and restore first option that is call log, hope this will resolve your issue

only can restore on which date already synced with cloud

If you have not enabled either Samsung account ckoud sync OR Google Backup then you can not restore.

If you have then there is chance.
