Call Recorder behaving erratically

Dear Friends,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. The call recorder option is set to record automatically. But it is behaving erratically.

Sometimes it is recording calls, sometimes it is not recording calls. And I can't even force it during call to record it by touching the three dots. It is dimmed that time.

It all started after installing and uninstalling the app Cube ACR.

Please help.

It won't record if call over WiFi is enabled and you are connected to WiFi. That's how mine behaves so once I switch off calling over WiFi it will work again

Thanks. I switched off wifi calling. And it started working again. But the issue is, earlier even though wifi calling was enabled, it used to record calls. Even today morning, it recorded one call and didn't record other 3.

If i reset phone settings, it records the first call and then it stops doing so. As if it has a mind of its own.

Yeah for me it started with one ui 4.1 in my note 20 ultra as well and hasn't been fixed till now. Anyways I have good coverage where I live so it doesn't bother me. Have tried other call recording apps as well but samsungs inbuilt one was mist convenient so I just keep wifi calling off and it keeps recording without fail. Also don't depend on auto call recording coz that also fails sometimes to record

Every samsung have many issue but they do not fix this. I think major issue i have seen is phone stuck when we recive calls.
