Blue screen on Samsung Smart TV

I purchased my TV in Jan, 2017 and my TV stopped working. Initially the TV went to stand by mode. I asked Samsung customer care regarding the service and they sent someone from Samsung Authorised service center. That person said that one part needs to be replaces for which initially he said it would cost Rs. 4,600 inclusive of service charge which he later on said that it would cost Rs. 6,600. I said ok for that. When he changed that part, TV starts showing blue screen. Now he is saying that TV screen needs to be changed which would cost me another Rs. 30,000. I am not sure whether to trust the service personal and why he was not able to detect the issue in the earlier state. Did any one faced this kind of issue?

Write a mail to customer support. This is not the way to treat a customer surely.
