Banner ads on "PREMIUM" OELD TV S90C | After paying 1.5 lakhs

I chose Samsung over LG thinking it'll have better ui. I've paid 1.5 lakhs for this tv and I'm being bobarded with Big banner ads right up start of the tv. I've unchecked all ad related agreements. Still I see this. This is so annoying to see ads everytime you open to watch some tv. LG and Sony are much better, at least premium TVs shouldn't have this constant bomarding of ads on home screen. Disgusting on part of Samsung

Is there a way to get rid of this, I've already inchecked all ad related agreements. Please help resolve.

I have a 32 inch samsung smart tv, the os is quite barbone... It just shows a small ad when I press the samsung tv plus icon
It doesn't have ads anywhere else! Shocked to see this on such pricey tv!
I also went with samsung tv even though mi TV was way cheaper than this...
Just because of Samsung brand

Try uninstall or disable the samsung promotion app on ur tv hope that will fix ur ad banner on home screen. Iam using samsung q60b Qled tv and i dont have ads on home screen ,i attached my homescreen screenshot with it.

There is no app called Samsung promotion, I've checked everything thoroughly.
