BA Selection - Non Transparent, Favouritism and vague criteria?

So, we all know that the BA selection just got completed and some 11 people were selected. Congrats to all. But, as active members of this platform some of us have some genuine concerns and objections.

1. The Criteria for selection is UNKNOWN and VAGUE : Nobody made this clear and active members of this community are not selected. People who have made less than 10 posts and have ZERO solutions are selected. Now, you may say that the activity on this platform is not considered. But, then this is the PRIMARY community and platform for Samsung India users, not Instagram or Twitter or Youtube. People come HERE for solutions and to share experiences. So, no value for this platform?
2. Who selects BAs?: Are the current BAs part of this process? If yes, it's unfair as many of these are people who have had debates with members and has personal grudges, which knowingly or unknowingly will affect the selection process. So, involving them is not a fair thing.
3. What exactly do you expect from the candidates?: Blind promotion and appreciation of the brand? Or people with social media following who can help in advertising the products? Or genuine people who does criticism and appreciation respectively when warranted? Or people who are Doctors, engineers or Group A govt.  employees who can help improving the brand value??

I am someone who incidentally decided to quit this platform yesterday, hence the name change. However, I thought I should make this post before doing so. If all you required was people with high profile jobs like Doctors and/or people with social media following, you should have made this clear without making  others like us wasting our time. Otherwise, you should show the integrity to publicise the selection procedure, criteria and the selection panel.

I hereby register my strong disappointment, dissatisfaction and objection to the BA selection gimmick. I am not the only one with objection. And I am not surprised that I am not selected as I was sure about it because I reacted strongly for the people who were facing S20plus display issues and mass exynos 9611 motherboard failure. Nevertheless, I am surprised about the non selection some of my friends.

Yes bro🤗 totally resonate with ur concerns over the level of transparency in BA selections and those many contests+results too 🙄.
Doesn't know about Ba selection criteria n that selection page coz I didn't apply n don't want to apply in future also coz of my life decisions n principles.

But I feel the admin or other BA's or moderators should be clear with the process atleast once in a while, after all it's their responsibility towards the platform isn't it?🤔,
I remember the selection process first didn't say it wasn't available for people below 18age, but later changed it. It makes me feel these are not thought out clearly or taken with respective seriousness with the people who are making it.?
So that's what I'm expecting too from the platform, doesn't take anything seriously here😅😂🤭

Also if u look at real world big brand BA's, any BA in the real world is there to promote n make sales for the brand and it also involves being keeping quite when brand gets into problems, but then again BA position comes with sacrificing some of ur integrity for the money n the others things that comes with it, no issues for me coz it's each people's individual choice. People can be whatever they want but some transparency n integrity is expected?🥴 maybe 60% transparency?😅

Yup, you are right there about the integrity and lose of freedom once selected as BA. I wanted to be a BA who criticises, lol. Anyway, let that be.

I think the only criteria they are looking for is the number of followers on real social media (not this platform, it seems they themselves are agreeing that this is trash and has no value) so that they can promote the products like you said. May be they are looking for unpaid promoters who will get a bottle once in a while or an A73 if they are lucky enough.

Ini ipo insta followers aanu awaru nokinath enkilum fair alla..ithanu awarude main platform..otherwise, they should have conducted the selection in instagram and award the badges there, which of course is not possible and hence my point.

They just want people who can do promotions, come on unpacked events and do Samsung zindabad
They don't want people like us who support the brand on good thing and take out negative points when it's wrong! No! They just want people who do 'Samsung ki taarefei'n only!'
