Android Updates

I am using samsung a8 plus from 2018. But till now I am not getting any updates from samsung. Now also I am using android 9 and it's too painful to inform you about it. So plz improve the service quality and provide us a new update.

As per policies Samsung promises 2 major software updates which you already got which is android 8 and Android 9 therefore you won't be getting any further android updates unfortunately as your device is already outdated you will probably get security patches.
