Why is this app disabled & can't be enabled? What does it do remaining disabled?😶🤔..... I can neither use it nor uninstall it 😕

Google Combined it with Chrome and disabled it since Android 7.0.
Previously both Chrome and Android System Webview had to be updated separately. Now just chrome has to be updated.
Before 7.0, apps had to use Android System Webview to browse net, now they use Chrome instead.
