OthersI will downgrade today again to 5.1 using Odin.
Only thing is annoying that Samsung forcefully sends you notifications of One UI 6 available or may b if you enabled auto download option then update will be automatically downloaded again and you'll unfortunately have to upgrade. There is a way to get rid of this issue. After you downgrade to 5.1 simply disable Software Update app (package name: com.wssyncmldm) from ADB.
