if M10 is in eligibility list of Samsung Software update , then you'll get it but it will take time . if it's not added into that list and then you won't get any official software update .
but there is another problem is arising for galaxy M10,there is Security issues thats why the security update are postponed..i seen also some bad news that they want degrade to Samsung previous versions...
i don't think it can support the version Samsung will rollout for others phones rn because of it's specs. just wait for the Lite version. im pretty sure M10 is running Android Pie lite if im not wrong.
