Alarm issue

Hi, I am using Galaxy S20+, the alarm is not working while the mobile is switched off.  Is there any solution to this problem. Please help me.

Yes.
It does not work in any Samsung device is mobile is switched off (even if battery has not drained to 1%)
Samsung needs to fix this also in One UI 3.0
