About Snapchat and Instagram

Samsung is such a big company so why does not samsung have its own creator for these apps like apple does. Quality provided by these application for even the high end phones are not good.

snapchat and instagram is a third party app. neither apple nor samsung has anything to do with them .

no other company except facebook and snapchat has rights to do so as you said

So why do our samsung smartphones lack in instagram and snap stories even with such good main cameras ?
