Dear Samsung, it's a request, don't know whether you follow this, but then also I want to recommend, produce three splits in the Samsung company. 
♡ One zone will produce powerful chipsets against powerful counterparts and hardware for phones, tablets and laptops 
◇ 2nd will introduce the software in addition with hardware. 
♧♡ The 3rd will make other electronic devices like TV,  home appliances.
This zones will reduce the pressure, ease of scale-up and control would come up, performance will improve. 
Recruitment of more people will also reduce the pressure. 
Yes money is also a big factor.
It's just a random idea, see whether it is feasible or not.

Do some surveys related with security providence in budget phones.
