I have a couple of Samsung ACs. One bought in 2020 (AR12TY5QAWKNNA/AR12TY5QAWKXNA) and other in 2023 (AR24CY3YAWK). The one bought in 2020 has a remote control which has display with the backlight. The display is visibile in low light and during night. The 2023 AC remote doesn't have a backlight display. Shouldn't all AC remote come with Backlight display panel? Particularly when the older version had it? I'm very curious to know what was the thought process behind getting rid of backlight on remote display panel.
