AC Energy usage mode Not showing

Hi Samsung team Recently Iam purchased Samsung windfree AC wifi model 2024 (AR18CYLANWKNNA) And the smart things App does not Show the Energy usage mode and AI energy Mode also in the App but iam contacted whatsapp customer service that person said to me that energy usage is Supported For your AC Issue in the App side and what to i do next because that is useful feature for me Fix this issue

In the product description of this ac shows we can track energy usage. But in the end of the page in small letters says some WiFi models does not support. Samsung is tricking consumers into believing it. Feeling cheated after buying the ac. Only reason to buy this ac was energy consumption. Otherwise would have gone for LG or Voltas

Many customers are just purchasing to keep track.
