Aise to pura phone ka storage full ho jaaye, bina mere koi data rakhe. Delete karna ka option hona chahiye na. Itna sara kya bhar gaya hai other files me jo delete hi nhi hota hai. Pahle option tha par ab nhi hai, storage pura full ho jaayega to phir phone bhi hang hone lagega. Kya karu ?

Aisa lag raha hai ki aapke phone ki storage 'Other files' ki wajah se poori tarah bhar ja rahi hai. Ye bahut si wajahon se ho sakta hai jaise ki app cache, temporary files ya fir chhupe hue files.
Space khali karne ke liye, aap yeh steps try kar sakte hain:
* Clear app cache: Settings > Apps jaaye aur un apps ka cache clear kare jo aap zyada use nahi karte hain.
* Delete temporary files: Aap koi file manager app use karke temporary files ko dhundh aur delete kar sakte hain.
* Check for hidden files: Kuch apps ya files chhupe hue ho sakte hain. Aap apne file manager mein "Show hidden files" enable karke unhe dhundh aur delete kar sakte hain.
Agar yeh steps kaam na kare, toh shayad aapko apne phone ko factory reset karna padega, lekin pehle apne data ka backup zarur le lein.
Aap yeh additional tips bhi try kar sakte hain:
* Uninstall unused apps: Settings > Apps jaaye aur un apps ko uninstall kare jo aap ab use nahi karte hain.
* Photos aur videos ko cloud storage service mein move kare: Isse aapke phone ki internal storage mein space khali ho jaayega.
Agar problem bani rahti hai, toh further assistance ke liye Samsung service center jaane ki salah di jati hai.

"Other files" category is still a mystery in Samsung Galaxy devices. You cannot delete that category.
