My Galaxy A20 is getting worser day by day 

1. first of all after updating the device to Android 11 the device has become laggy and slow 

2.secondly when I am opening jiosaavn app automatically the phone is lagging a lot and becoming slow even calls can't be taken while playing music even some days back it completely went dead and after some time it restarted.

3. thirdly the entire lock screen customization feature with Glance along with some own lock screen wallpaper is completely disabled although the option is there

4. Lastly after being a Samsung loyal for so many years I am thinking to shift to some other company due to high price of new devices and stuck in problem with the current one.

1) Try clearing cache partition or better, factory reset, if anyway, you are planning to get a new phone.
2) Did you try clearing the cache of that app, reinstalling it, etc?
4) Yes, there is very less number of good options from Samsung under 20k.

Did reset on end of January by the end of april same problems appearing

To be very honest other UI doesn't have a great experience like samsung have personally used three UI but none of them have such an experience like samsung has. The problem might be arising due to cache files or might be due to extreme pressure on storage. This kind of issue was also happened in my device (2019 m30s) but I did format my device and cleaned everything 4-5months ago and my device is still running smoothly without any issue. So my recommendation is to format your device having backup of only important data.

Did format on January end... it was okay for 2 months but again problems starting to appear

It is very common because it is a phone of 11k and it's launch nearly 4 years ago ..

My phone has more than 50% internal space, I even clean my ram and optimize while unlocking the device to start use and before locking after completion of my usage. I have already done cleaning the cache of all apps, but overall the experience is slower than what I used to get during Android 9 and 10.
