5g only mode also not working

Hello. Anyone know that even after selecting 5g/NR only mode, phone is not getting 5g network. Why phone cannot get 5g network why software update is required, if phone has 5g capability, then on selecting 5g/NR only mode phone should get 5g network.

Even the December 2022 update released is without 5G support.
