Hi Samsung Members,

I’ve been experiencing several issues with my Galaxy S23 FE and wanted to see if others are facing the same problems.

  1. Battery Drain – The battery life has significantly worsened. Even with moderate use, I notice faster depletion compared to before.
  2. Fingerprint Scanner Issues – The fingerprint sensor is inconsistent, often failing to recognize my fingerprint or taking longer than usual.
  3. Overheating – The phone heats up even during normal usage, like browsing or using social media, and gets worse while gaming or charging.
  4. One UI 7 Update Delay – the S23 FE update seems to be delayed. Any official update on this?

Is anyone else facing similar issues? Any fixes or workarounds? Hoping Samsung addresses these problems in an upcoming update!

Yes me to but battery is not that much drain.
fingerprint sensor and heating issue are same.
May be in one ui 7 will fix this problems i think so

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Same issue I faced, too. Why is selling a faulty product to a customer still not being addressed? Totally one of the worst Samsung products(S23 fe) !!!
