you shouldn't keep your phone in rice it rots the parts inside the phone

Service center le jao, par warrantly nahi milega.

Switch off your mobile and keep it under sun to dry.
Switch it on after 1 or 2 days when water inside mobile evaporates.

Don't go to service center and don't spend on mobile repair. It's working fine otherwise it's good as dead.
You can't say which part or your mobile will stop working tomorrow.
