My Galaxy M30s is not charging

Any one can help ...My Galaxy M30s os not charging properly...even from its fast charger it is taking full night to charge only 30%...

Pls guide if any one have any idea.

Try with a different cable?

reset the phone try changing charger or else take to service center

keep it in safe mode for a night..
if the problem continue try factory data reset...
if the it also not work then visit service centre post COVID-19....
