Dear team,
I hope everyone will see this message and it will be usefull.
I bought samsung s23 1.5 years back and recently a new updation came . After updating my phone lines started to appear on my screen.
I visited the service center and did all the tests and they checked my phone thoroughly and said it's a software issue and they did get any information from samsung for them to do anything.
When I was standing there i saw many people with the same issue , and samsung is not providing any help from their side. The call centerbguys they are saying that it's chargeable and can't do anything, samsung is not providing any help.
This problem occurred After software updation provided by samsung and it's completely their fault, samsung is not even testing thses issues before implementing updation.
All I have to convey to you guys is that dont buy any thing from samsung , they are irresponsible for their products.
