Display issue

Suddenly colouring dots started occurring on screen. Idk why this is happening 

Any solution.?

Go to Dialer, type *#0*# and take a photo with full light without selecting any option. To exit, tap 2 times back button.

Still the dots are coming and going

This looks like an S series smartphone.

This issue is known to occur in samsung devices since a long time. They haven't done anything yet to prevent this from happening.

You will have to replace the display according to samsung.
Never choose samsung again.
