Contacts getting deleted automatically day by day on my galaxy A50

Some of my contacts are getting deleted automatically, I don't know why, any solution guys? Anyone facing same problem?

where your contact saved?it's inside sim or gmail account?

in gmail, some of the contacts getting deleted automatically, i can't find the contacts, but in truecaller app i can find all the contacts

if it's inside gmail then you can retrieve that contacts

We would like to inform you that please check if you have synced your data with your Gmail or Samsung account then you may retrieve your data. (Go to settings>>Accounts & backup>>Backup & restore>>Restore data)

However, if data has been lost accidentally and you have not taken any backup then there is no way to retrieve your data. For future we recommend you to take back up in phone.

Install Smart Switch App from Samsung galaxy Store.

Data backup process via 'Smart Switch Mobile App'>Open Smart Switch App >Click on Memory Card Icon >Backup option >Choose the data for Backup >Backup.

contacts are already synch with samsung account as well as Google account. but why contacts are getting deleted and modified automatically.

country code is changed to +1, contacts name is missing.

     my contacts are getting deleted automatically from my phone from last 1 week ,and I tried the solution which you gave through the mail but still it is not working please take a strict action against this .

backing up and retrieving it is one thing , i am interested to know that why is this happening so i can avoid it in future. It has happened 3 - 4 times already now .. and its ver annoying when you cant find the contact you need to talk with
