Mumbai1. First Switch off the Phone, then Press and hold Power Button + Volume Up (Simultaneously), as Samsung Logo appears release the Power button but keep holding Volume Up.
2. "Android System Recovery" will appear, you have to control the functions with Physical buttons.
Select, "Wipe Cache Partition" with Power Button. Select "Yes".
Wait for the system cache partition to clear.
Select the Reboot option to return to normal device usage.

Mumbai1.Charging USB cable might be damaged.Try with other cable
2.Try to charge your device with official samsung charger
3. Charging port may be damaged.
4. Battery may be damaged
5. Weak power source
If above reasons are not the issue i think you may wait and visit a service centre after this lockdown.Hope it helps you

To resolve "charging issue " kindly follow the given below steps:
1)Check physical condition of USB cable:-Check your charging cable (USB cable) for physical damage such as wear and tear, bent prongs etc
2) Safe mode:-Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Note :-To exit safe mode restart the device .
Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
