The mobile handset is not working and the service center is unable to repair the same

I have spoken with your customer care executive regarding the issue that handset is not working. I have also discussed the important aspects regarding why I need my mobile in working condition as soon as possible.                             
To explain in brief, I have lodged a complaint against Vodafone regarding the fraud I experienced. I have convinced the aspects of the same to them and to a certain extent they too were agreed with the same. Later, I received an Email from them to change either Mobile Handset or to exchange the SIM.                              
Since May 23, 2023 I found my Samsung Galaxy J2 SMJ200G/DD phone not in working condition. I visited Dombivli Care , Samsung twice and their said was that the issue might exist either in Display or Motherboard. However, they failed to come to the conclusion properly. Later, Thane Care, Samsung said is that the issue might exist in PBA.                              
I make use of the above mobile with my vodafone sim to upload the important information upon my above mentioned blog.          The observations I made while I visited the Care Center, Thane & Dombivli is that the mobile is getting formatted, software is getting downloaded but however, even after the software is finished installing, it shows the status as "Downloading".                       I clearly spoke with the executive that the issue lies with Virus and it has attacked the internal memory of the mobile. This is rendering the software unable to load from the memory because it could not find the end sector of the Internal memory while it is finished with downloading.                               Do look out into this issue as soon as possible.
