This is the third time my AC got leakage issue in just 3 months of purchase. Samsung quality control is pathetic in their AC segment. They are not even ready to initiate a replacement for the same. The product is under warranty, so they are repairing it every time. Once the warrenty will expire it will cost 3-4k per service for leakage issue.

I faced an issue with the foul smell. Raised ticket two times, both times they did nothing, just came to the house, and gave some tips. I arranged a cleaning service on urban clap, then the foul smell is gone. Their after sale service is pathetic. Once this ac is broken, will buy a new one from other company except samsung.

They are of no use even I conveyed straight forward information that I am getting C4 22 error and there is a third time refrigerant leakage issue in 1 month still he asked me proceed for n number of diagnostic procedures which I have already done.
