Money debited but order not placed at samsung shop website

Dear Sir, 

I have placed an order for samsung galaxy F41 on samsung shop website. The money is debited from my account but when I login to samsung shop website, my order is not visible. I haven't received an order id as well. 
 
I have the transaction id. I made the payment using UPI Id via PhonePe. 
I have attached a screenshot of the same. 
 
Please help me out with this as I am not receiving proper response from customer care.

It's usually payment app problems
That's why i asked you to call on complaint number of phone pe !
