Galaxy Buds 3 pro issue

I had purchased buds 3 pro on 16-09-2024, used it for around 20 days and the buds stopped charging.
Went to the service center and they said they will replace it with the new one and I'll get the new one on the next day but they took around 1 week to replace it saying that it was not in stock.
I received by buds 2-3 days back and now the case isn't charging, it gets charged on wireless charging but the battery drains in max 1 hr to 0 percent 
Please help me out

As per your query, we would request you kindly visit the service centre once again from where you have get the buds and inspect your device with the technical team end, they will provide you with all the information in a better way after inspecting the device physically.

They have no idea what's going on, I had to teach them how to pair the device with a new phone
