Galaxy Book 2 Hinge Issue

I had recently bought a Galaxy Book 2, but today, while using the laptop, I saw that my hinge was leaving the body, seems like the hinge is broken. PS : THERE WAS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THE LAPTOP.

I also contacted all the service centres across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. None of the service centres repair laptops. In a metro city like Mumbai, if they can't provide service, why would someone even consider buying a laptop.

Attaching the images below, kindly let me know if someone else faced the same problem, and if you could get it fixed ? Or if someone knows what exactly the problem is.

I have the same issue with my galaxybook 2. Please tell me how did you repair it? Samsung people are not even considering it in warranty. Even though it’s obviously a quality issue if the same problem is being faced by multiple buyers.

Yes, I had ordered Dell Vostro earlier, however, dell cancelled the order for some reason. This was the first and last time I bought a laptop from Samsung, never buying it again. I'll check with the Samsung for warranty, thanks for responding.
