Codes for IMEI I.e*#06# Not working on S24

I got my S24 Ultra 2 days back, i was just checking the IMEI number by typing *#06# on Phone app but nothing pop up, while my other phone gives me the IMEI Details.

Anyone else has same problem ? Or any Idea if there is something wrong

I have same problem in my S24 Mobile Set and mobile set is fresh just 4 days of unboxing
