s23FE widevine issue!

I'm currently using s23FE as primary device. I observed widevine degradation issue from L1 to L3 with my device. I've installed latest Google play system update. Nothing actually worked. The device stays with L1 for some hours and after that it agan downgrades to L3.
Restarting the device brings back the L1 but it keeps shifting from L1 to L3. 
Has anyone faced the similar issue with s23FE? What's the resolution of this annoying issue?

To attach the log file: Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
