In Samsung Galaxy M30s, with an update to android 10, when I'm on a call, the internet connection doesn't operate. Please help me to fix this.

This is not due to Android 10. Are you using Vodafone or Airtel?

My guess was correct. Vodafone is because of some reason not giving VoLTE service at this moment.

I'm using Airtel , same problem internet connection stop every 5 to 10 min ofter update 10

Dear Samsung Member,

 

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support

 

Below mentioned path will help you enable smart dual sim.

 

Settings>Connections>SIM card manager>Smart dual SIM>Tap OK on Pop up> Enter Phone numbers and tap on OK> Select SIM card and tap on Done.

 

Kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes of the occurrence of the issue.):-

 

Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue

problem is that, only one of the sim slots are in operation. Another one is empty.
