Zipped app is a system app which is used to freeup storage. It compress and move the app in zip archive created in the root folders, for example if a app size is 59 mb then after zipping it the size will be 19 mb or more decreased size. It cannot be removed as it is a system app.
Open zipped apps and then click on the app you want to unzip and click unzip and if unzipping fails then then you have to reinstall the app from play store or galaxy store and if you don't see any app in zipped app then you haven't zipped any app.
