Regarding secure folder

Dear Sir,

I have purachased samsung A31 in which i couldn't access secure folder on the very the first of purchasing. After that, i brought the phone to service cenrte and they updated it, afterwards it was enabled.

Now, again few days, at a sudden, it was disabled and after some hours, disappeared.

Kindly provide me the solution for this problem as i want to access my files stored in it.

he can't if he purchased the device from Samsung finance then it will like that only for sf+ security.... secure folder will unlocked 🔓 after completing all emi payments 😎👍
