I purchased a new S24 Ultra from the Samsung Shop app on April 23rd and received it on the 24th. Today, April 25th, I noticed a small scratch inside the 5x telephoto lens. NOTE: The scratch is inside the 5x telephoto lens. I will contact Samsung customer care and am reporting this to you for documentation.

This seems absurd, They should have atleast shared the resolution or further steps to atleast resolve the issue. I think your only option is to repair it under warranty. And hopefully they don't claim it as physical damage.

I will try to reach again, and if I don't get a proper resolution, I am definitely going to consumer court. I bought a flagship phone spending 1 lakh, and this is what I got.
