I’ve been a loyal user of the Galaxy S22 Ultra for almost two years now. However, after a recent One UI software update, an unexplained line suddenly appeared on my screen. Despite my efforts to resolve this through authorized service centers in my area, the experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

The first service center I approached refused assistance and directed me to another center. That second center also initially agreed to help, but ultimately denied service due to the absence of a GST invoice. I do have the original bill, retail box, and proof of purchase with my number, but since the store was new at the time of purchase, they didn’t provide a GST bill. Unfortunately, this has now become the reason for service denial, even though the device is only around 1.5 years old.
I was shocked to be quoted ₹25,000 for a screen replacement — for an issue that appeared following your own software update. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering the premium price I paid for the S22 Ultra.
For comparison, I also own an Apple device that’s over four years old and still functioning flawlessly, with significantly better service support. As a first-time Samsung flagship customer, this experience has been nothing short of horrible. I now regret choosing your brand, and based on this experience, I will neither purchase another Samsung device nor recommend your products to others.
I sincerely hope you will take this complaint seriously and offer a resolution that reflects the quality and customer service Samsung claims to stand for.

It's very concerning brother, If owner have the phone then why they need GST bill this all are **bleep** keep trying in another store and find a solution
