Please update the software on Samsung A50 so that slow charging and battery draining problem in A50 device becomes slow. We who use A50 device are having a lot of problems.

see it's not software fault it's fault of people that they simply update their software by using mobile data or wifi where the one and only proper and recommended method is to flash that firmware by Odin or smart switch or through authorized Samsung service center ...don't know about other devices but especially in Samsung devices most of time software holes and glitches comes when anyone simply update software by mobile data or wifi then this leads to various types of issues in multiple devices with same software like battery drain faster, ui lag, poor gaming experience, ghost touch, brightness or display colour banding, app crush, not charging properly or charging stuck 80% etc ....little fluctuating wifi or mobile data is never ever the proper procedure

But I do not update the software through my phone wifi and mobile data and I do not play any game on my phone and do not keep more applications and battery draining problem is very and the charge is very slow.

then how did you updated your last software? if you still not update it then once just visit service center and re flash the previous firmware...or please wait for next update then when it will come then install it via smart switch ...it's not battery issue bro it's software glitch present in software.....you can try a factory reset also

I hit the latest software on my A50 device from the Samsung store and after hitting the latest update, I lost the factory data reset on my phone, but the battery draining and slow charging is the problem.
