For last 28 days my phone was there at one of Samsung service centers for screen replacement. I received my phone today. The display is okay now with the cost of 5,300 INR. However I started noticing that the sound breaks most of the time at highest level while playing various music from different sources. I don't know what to do. I also observed that a patch was installed by the service centre. Is this happening because of this? Is this a known bug of the recent patch? I can confirm that the audio quality was good and there was no noise prior giving the phone to the service center. Will it cost me more? Please advice.
