s9 waiting call notfication not coming

Check for these setting to activate call waiting services -
Click on phone(dialer) icon -> Settings -> Supplimentary services -> Enable Call waiting option .

I hope this will surely resolve your issue.

Yes I use S9 Plus . I am not not facing this issue .
Check that if you have enabled notify during calls setting ON .

Click on phone (Dialer ) icon -> Settings -> Call alerts and notifications -> Check for Notify during calls .

I hope this will surely work for you .

when ever am on call.some one called me my mobile its showing displayed number..its not coming beep sound..i hope you understand my query

this is only the settings which mr afzarul gave ...otherwise go to app settings then system app settings...then search system ui ...click it's notification and check alert option is silent or alert position
