Why is my Galaxy A22 5g not receiving software update

My galxy A22 5g phone is not receiving any security patch software update since August 2024 Last security patch, while on other galaxy A52s received security patch September 2024

Why am i no longer receiving any update? What might be the issue? Please help me to fix this 🙏🏽

Hey, A22 5G gets security updates twice a year, okay? *I thought you were talking about the A52..

A22 5G is out of software support cycle. You may receive an odd software update perhaps. But, don't hold your breath.
