The same happend with 15 pro max too
Wait for the update samsung will fix it in the next update

Samsung has to feel shame about this. It's been almost a week that we are using this mobile till now we do not have any update pushed by Samsung. When we spent this much money it should be perfect during launch itself why we should wait for a fix

The thing is it happens as mentioned by @5zaan with apple considering the cost of it they must be more furious

We cannot show apple as the reason. Whether it is samsung or apple why they are releasing or launching the unfinished products. They could have taken Some time before they refine the things and launch it.

Samsung apps not optimised according to the GPU.

Samsung is brand but devloper team has to improve, they need proper training first.

Samsung device and software compability testing team also weak.

So, end user get buggy experience.

Yesterday night only I received the S24 ultra phone which I received from Samsung shop.. next while usage... 3 times notice completely phone app and software freezes.. I hold the power for long and restarted..

Now a day's not have a capable to provide a better phone to customers...

Earlier I used Samsung note 20 ultra, ok December Samsung gave an update and after update green line appears on a mobile..

I don't know whether Samsung doing in intention to sale more phone and new mobiles.

I bought my S24 Ultra a week ago and since then i am facing issues with the phone screen continiously freezes. I tried all of Samsung recommendations (clear storage, restart and reset to factory settings) with no luck. Now the phone is completely freezed and doesn't respond to anything. I have checked all social platforms (Samsung members, Youtube,...and it is clear that it is a wide common issue with no response from Samsung. Unacceptable!!
