Samsung products doesn't work as per specifications given by Samsung itself.
Samsung Fridge model RT34R5538NV is having 5 modes. Freezer can be used in following modes. Freezer Fridge Off
Fridge can be used in following modes. Fridge Off
Freezer in Off mode is expected ( as per User Manual ) to consume less electricity and maintain 15 degree centigrade temperature, but my Freezer unit is maintaining temperature near to that set in Fridge ( 5 degree centigrade ), that is Freezer is working as if it is in Fridge mode.
If Freezer has to maintain same temperature in both "Fridge" and "Off" mode, why two different names to be given and claim that Fridge is having more modes.
I gave complaint lot of times, written to "CEO Desk" also on samsung support site, everyone says Unit is working fine, no issue in the Fridge.
No one is accepting the fault in the Fridge, I am fedup with the Samsung support.
